Return and Refund
Dissatisfaction does occur from time to time. In case our PCB or assembled boards are not usable due to our fault, you can ask for compensation. We can refund to your account directly or credit your EPCB account; these credits are available to pay for your next orders with us. We can also rework the unusable boards or re-fabricate your PCB and re-ship to you at our cost, but please cooperate to solve the problem if need to rework.
EPCB always does 100% test before delivery to make sure the PCB board we supply is good quality enough.
EPCB fabrication is committed to providing customers with superb printed circuit boards which meet the highest standard for quality and stability to meet your satisfaction. In case something wrong happened, we will offer a 365-day warranty counted from the date we received your payment.
A prorated cancellation fee will be charged for cancelled orders depending on fabrication status at time of cancellation. Barebones orders are subject to 100% cancellation fee. Please contact us immediately and follow up with a fax or email to confirm and provide written record for any verbal cancellation.
